Restore for Mamas
This class will challenge you. It won’t feel fragile or overly cautious like many postpartum classes, while still helping you center yourself and build awareness in your body.
Rooted in the Restore Your Core method I’m currently certifying in, this class blends core restoration with Pilates for a whole-body workout focused on:
- deep core and pelvic floor coordination
- thoracic mobility
- building strength through the upper body and posterior chain
After class, we’ll also hold a small circle to check in and talk story — a chance to meet and connect with other new mamas.
Heated Strength Sculpt
WAVES Yoga, Kapaa
Tuesdays — 7:15am
Fridays — 7:15am
Full-body strength, loud motivating hip hop, intentional cardio intervals, and smart programming.
Low-impact options are always offered. It’s challenging, energizing, and designed to build real strength.
Both classes are programmed to complement each other, but each one is effective on its own.
Restore Your Core — 6 Week Series
Coming This Spring
This small group series will focus on rebuilding deep core strength and coordination through the Restore Your Core method. Each week builds progressively, helping participants develop a deeper understanding of how their core supports stability and movement.
