Who I Work With

My clients are often women who are newer to strength training and want thoughtful guidance as they begin.

I also work with women who are already active but want a deeper understanding of their movement patterns and how to train in a way that supports strength, stability, and long-term physical health.

Training may be especially supportive if you:

  • • are new to strength training and want a personalized introduction
    • want to improve stability, balance, and overall strength
    • are navigating core or pelvic floor concerns
    • are pregnant or preparing your body for pregnancy
    • are postpartum and returning to exercise
